Gustavo, I want to thank you and your wife Cristina for being such excellent hosts to Sandra and me on our recent trip to Ecuador.  We were so impressed by the generosity and hospitality exhibited by you both.  Your house was so elegant and you both were so accomodating.  It is hard to imagine anyone doing more to make two total strangers welcome.  We had a wonderful trip to Ecuador and visiting with the two of you  was one of the highlights.  I only hope Sandra and I can return the favor sometime. 
I especially want to commend your Rotary Club for its bed  and breakfast breakfast program.  Obviously this went a long way towards enabling us to meet with you and exchange ideas about implementing projects beneficial to your country and city.   Perhaps even more importantly though, the bed and breakfast program allowed our  two   families to meet; spend time together, and realize that even though we are on different continents and speak different languages, we are nevertheless more alike than different.  I not only strongly recommend your club continue this program, I am going to recommend that a similar program be adopted here.
Meanwhile, I await your visit to the USA and hope you will look us up when you do. If I can ever return the graciousness you and Cristina showed us, please let me know.
